"Reiter" cone crusher type RFC.

The cone crusher RFC was ultimated after a long period of research and experience, in order to solve almost all crushing problems with one machine. In fact this machine combines three crushing stages: primary-secondary-tertiary. Feeding the machine with the largest allowed sizes, its output is very fine, with a content of up to 45% of size 0-3 mm.; this is possible because of its particular construction and toughness. The machine is completely assembled on large ball bearings, thus guaranteeing a high production and long durability. The hydraulic group rotating below (our patent) allows the direct drive of the machine by means of V-belts on the pulley which is applied to the eccentric group, thus eliminating the conical gear pair with shaft and relating disadvantages deriving from the use of same. As the hydraulic group is positioned in the lower part of the machine, it is easier to substitute the crushing cone and ring. The adjustment of the crushing space is hydraulic, with push-button control, and may be carried out even during functioning. The machine may otherwise be automatically controlled by PLC, which allows the optimization of the working cycle with self-adjustment of the opening, in case of over-feed, and return to its previous position when emergency is over. An oleopneumatic security device is always present to allow, within reasonable limits, the passage of non-crushable objects. It is always recommended in any case, to use detecting and/or extractable devices of non-crushable parts before the machine. The crushing cone and ring are made of thick anti-abrasive alloys, to ensure long durability. Possibility to interchange 4 types of crushing chambers. Eccentric travel and speed are adaptable to the most varied materials and problems. Shape of product: cubical. The machine is normally supplied without automatic device, but with all units necessary for its functioning. The automatic device is supplied if requested.
