The vibrating screens series "RV" have a double elliptex and are extremely simple in construction, with the possibility of removing all the vibrating apparatuses by merely unscrewing four bolts. They consist of very thick sheet metal casing in a single piece, properly reinforced 

with structural sections, to which the saddle (also made of sheet metal and structural sections) of the vibrating motor is welded. In order to prevent the continuation of internal stresses caused by welding, all the casing receives stress-relieving treatment in furnace. Drive is carried out by means of one or two vibrating motors with easily adjustable thrust masses. The deck supports have been specifically designed to give the screens the best tension, hence avoiding "flapping" of the screens, which considerably shortens the life of nets and perforated plates. The supporting framework is made of structural sections of ample thickness and is designed both for suspended or resting application of the machine.

These screens have the same features as those of series "RV", except for a top counter-deck vibrating in the opposite direction to that of the lower decks. These machines are generally used for preselection of the material to be crushed and in those cases where one does not require a perfect sorting of the materials retained by the counter-deck.
