Rotative screens "Reiter" for solid waste materials

The screening body consists of two drums which comprise the rotating bands, one of which is fitted with edges within which the conical guiding rollers are distributed, on rocking levers. The two drums are longitudinally connected by bolts with wide winged

beams. At the feeding end, the drum contains paddles to accelerate the movement of the material.

The rotating body and all the moving mechanical parts are enclosed inside a protective structure made of modular
elements and joined together by means of bolts, easily dismantable and removable.

The first part of the drum may be supplied with knives to brake the bags.
The punched plate panels are externally fixed by means of screws and are easily interchangeable.

In order to facilitate the inspection to the mechanical parts and to the screening body, the lateral protection foresees access doors.

Motion transmission

The rotating body rests on eight rubber wheels, four of which are motorised.
Each motorised wheel is operated by a motoreduction group composed of motor and gear-box.
The electric motors are supplied with electric interconnections terminating into a single connector block.
The rotation speed may be varied by means of an electronic inverter.

The machine's size varies according to needs.
